An homage to all who love Orlando City, Bleed Purple is a Blackberry Saison fermented with both French and Belgian Saison yeasts for the perfect crispness and touch funk. The blackberry shines from the nose to the finish and it’s a great game day beer.
Another hybrid style, we took the citrus heavy flavors of the New England Style IPA and combined them with a Belgian White Ale. The complex flavors of the belgian yeast strain along with coriander and bitter orange peel work well with the copious amounts of Citra and Galaxy hops.

Our Head Brewer was determined to create his version of a popular strawberry beer that his fiance was always having trouble finding when it was released. We believe he succeeded in created a perfect summer beer. The name is an homage to several musical references: The Beatles, The popular movie “Almost Famous” and Layne Staley, former lead singer of Alice in Chains.
Traditionally referred to as a Cascadian Dark Ale, Liquid Vinyl is a hybrid style combing an American IPA with a Stout. The chocolate and coffeenotes derived from the roasted malts play well together with the copious amounts of hops added late in the boil and dry-hopping. The perfect beer to sit down and enjoy listening to your record collection with!
